Newcastle's French flood- End of season prediction
Re: Newcastle Prediction- Remainder of the season
We are gone, how the holy f*ck did Pardew f*ck this up
The teams around us would love to have the players we have, Lambert said as much in January
We won't come back straight up again this time either.

Can see Newcastle beat Arsenal on the last year.
They are Arsenal's bogey team, and are one of the few clubs to have a winning record against them in the Premier League.

History means f*ck all at this stage, and i'm not sure that is true anyway.
If Sunderland, Reading, West Ham, Swansea etc etc can beat us at home then Arsenal sure as hell bloody can.
We are awful and we won't beat Arsenal no chance.

Yes, they have a winning record against Arsenal in the league(you have to take away the cup results).
Arsenal's record at St. James is mediocre.

Fair enough their record means nothing though, Sunderland hadn't beaten us in 14 years at St James Park either.
Liverpool's record at SJP isn't anything to shout about either and look what happened there.
History means nothing we are so bad that they will trample all over us.

If they do get relegated, the feeding frenzy that will ensue Will look QPR's impending clearout look like a five year old giving away his favorite trading cards at a cut rate. Me likey.

I don't think any one team as f*cked atm.
4 teams can go down, to me if we beat QPR we will stay up because i highly doubt Wigan, Norwich and Sunderland will all win this weekend.
Either way it will be decided this weekend with ourselves away to QPR, Norwich home to West Brom, Sunderland home to Southampton and Wigan at home to Villa.

Re: Newcastle Prediction- Remainder of the season
How things change within the space of a season. This same time last season, Mole was having a nice giggle at Jose Enrique's decision to switch to Liverpool because he wanted to play in Europe (or somewhere along this lines). I'm guessing there no more giggling to be had now.
Honestly, Pardew should be beaten with sock full of potatoes if Newcastle gets relegated. How did he mess this up?

Actually i was giggling because he said he's said to the fans before he left he is leaving because this club doesn't have the ambition to finish top 6.
We did just that with a 5th place finish while Liverpool finished 8th.
But yes much deception was had.....
As for how he f*cked it up they are many explanations but the one which explains it the most easily is...
We have a team full of technical players and midgets and we play like Stoke but with zero organisation and of course no set piece threat.

Why would I be indenial [sic] about a club I have no attachment to? Makes no sense, that.

Re: Newcastle Prediction- Remainder of the season
Wigan has to play Arsenal, City and Swansea. You guys have to play Arsenal and QPR. Your future is still very much in your own hands, and yu have better odds.Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:We are gone, how the holy f*ck did Pardew f*ck this up

Re: Newcastle Prediction- Remainder of the season
Win today made us mathematically safe due to Villa and Wigan playing each other.
Thank f*ck for that.
Now Ashley do the right thing and sack this moron with someone who actually is used to working with the type of players we have and plan to recruit.

Not that surprised tbh, he's our most important player by far.
I'd argue if he didn't break his back in Febuarary we wouldn't have been in this mess.
I'd also argue if he was injured till the end we would have gone down.
If he goes in the summer i will miss him terribly and will be a massive void to fill.

Re: Newcastle Prediction- Remainder of the season
Not exactly that overwhelming a stat... comparing shat with shattier
I'm really in shock that Newcastle bought the players they did if this was the style to be employed... i mean it makes no sense. All those guys played in systems where the ball was moved on the ground. No hoofing at all. You basically made good players into bad ones lol.

Its something like 35 goals in 34 games and 45 in 15 without
We just fall apart without his leadership and calm, if he goes then we can't replace with a kid.
I want someone who is 27-28 ideally.
On the signings i agree its something i have been saying for ages.... The manager and the recruitment pull in two opposite directions...
The board and the headscout recruit players who used to more technical stuff and Pardew just gets the team to sit deep and hoof.
Moronic.

Re: Newcastle Prediction- Remainder of the season
the problem is that, by sitting deep and having the mids/forwards play that far up, the gaps between the lines is big. You have huge spaces and people come at the defense with speed. Also, Gutierrez just plain sucks and Ben Arfa can't defend. The entire back 4 is exposed.
It's not even a good hoof scheme because it's not compact
