the problem is that, by sitting deep and having the mids/forwards play that far up, the gaps between the lines is big. You have huge spaces and people come at the defense with speed. Also, Gutierrez just plain sucks and Ben Arfa can't defend. The entire back 4 is exposed.

It's not even a good hoof scheme because it's not compact Laughing

I completely agree, i wouldn't care so much if it was effective but it clearly isn't.
