Juve name Udinese squad

Juventus have named their 23-man squad for the match against Udinese on Saturday evening - minus Andrea Pirlo.

New signing Federico Peluso has been named for the game with the Zebrette despite suffering from a fever, whilst youth team players Daniele Rugani, Pol Garcia Tena, Andrea Schiavone, Elvis Kabashi and Stefano Beltrame have also been called-up.

Pirlo had not trained over the last couple of days and is not risked for the game, while Arturo Vidal is included despite fitness concerns.

I'd do the same but put Peluso on the wing & Caceres at CB

Playing a primavera player with no league experience whatsoever in a crucial game such as this is not the best of suggestions.

Expect Matri to start again.

Yeah, we're holding a three point lead in the league, it's not the time to just throw Beltrame in the mix. He should barely feature even in a Coppa Italia game. I also wouldn't put Caceres in at LW. He's not that great even on the right side, which he plays more naturally than the left side. I'm guessing that the back line will be Barzagli, Bonucci, and Caceres. Peluso will probably start at LW.

Caceres must play at the back and Peluso at LWB! In the middle I think it will be Vidal - Pogba - Giaccherini! If Vidal can't play then Isla or Padoin should be given a spot, either way we have enough quality on the bench to win the game! Upfront = Giovinco and Vucinic...no doubt

PDC I simply do not trust. Asamoah turned out to be quite important for us didn't he?

I see a draw because i'm never too optimistic in a game like football and our left flank is giving me uneasy flashbacks of 2009-2011.

We should have started Marrone over Vidal

I don't rate Marrone as a midfielder...I have not seen anything about him as of yet that makes me believe he will be a top player! Would rather see Isla or Padoin step in instead of Vidal if he isn't 100%!
