Marrone: I also hate Napoli

Juventus midfielder Luca Marrone has joined Claudio Marchisio in expressing his distaste for Napoli.

Marchisio was quoted as saying he has an ‘antipathy towards Napoli’, which sparked a war of words between the two clubs. But it seems his teammate Marrone agrees with him.

Speaking at the U21 training camp in Coverciano, Marrone said, “I think Marchisio was speaking in a sporting sense, and I also hate Napoli in this way.

“The Partenopei have always been an awkward opponent, in the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa, and they are even one of our main rivals for the Scudetto.”
