Re: Liverpool complete Sturridge signing.
I should add if this is the plan then there was A LOT and i mean A LOT better choices than Sturridge for such a role.
Very strange IMO.

I do agree with you on this. Although Rodgers likes to talk plethora about tactics he always seems to go back to his 4-3-3. I wouldn't be surprised if we are in for something like this.
Borini ------ Sturridge
Suarez
Enrique - Gerrard - Hendo - Johnson
Lucas
Agger - Skrtel
Reina

Prefer Hendo to Allen?

I do. Henderson is tailor made for one of those CM spots. His physicality is much needed. And I would argue that his footballing IQ is on par if not better than Allen's.

I said he was the Welsh Henderson.... but more refined and better defensively at the time.
And everyone acted like i was saying he's crap

Re: Liverpool complete Sturridge signing.
You said all he did was play safe sideways and backward passes... which is NOT what Henderson is known for. So he's hardly the "Welsh Henderson" and your comments were hardly what people are saying now.

Re: Liverpool complete Sturridge signing.
I have not seen Henderson much this season but last season that's practically what he did......
Anyway what i said was hardly worthy of what i was accused of....
Ever since then practically every Liverpool fan on this board didn't take me seriously and considered me a hater.
It shook me up quite a lot tbh

We don't take you seriously because you openly admit to hating the club.

I said i hate Rodgers, not the club quite a key difference.
I know i hated Dalglish before him too but not the club in general.
Also btw it's possible to think openly while hating something, i don't let hate cloud my judgment on anything.

Re: Liverpool complete Sturridge signing.
No, you have tweeted before that you hate Liverpool (I believe even went so far as to say as much as Sunderland).
And you can claim objectivity all you want, it won't change the fact that we neither believe you to be objective nor believe your claims of objectivity are objective.

Mole's been a low level troll for what, a year or so now? I think most people may have stopped taking him seriously.

I stalk mole on newcastle forum and I can confirm that he is the most anti-Liverpool member there

Yes back on topic!
Seems the transfer has made a positive impact so far. 2 suarez goals dont make a season though...

Well in attitude maybe, but Sturridge wasn't registered in time for the game so wasn't even on the bench. He'll probably debut this weekend.

Something in-between most likely, similar to what he used last year after purchase of Syggurdson to play in the hole

Re: Liverpool complete Sturridge signing.
Bayern could have snatched him up as Ribery back up of course. But on the good side of things, this means we now have better chances of signing Raheem Starling as long term replacement.

Sterling will most likely leave us for free when he's 23 (when his contract runs out). Bayern might have a good chance of getting him then tbh.

How do you know he won't extend beyond that?
