Capello: 'Roma are the anti-Juve'
Fabio Capello believes “Roma are the only anti-Juventus” in this Scudetto campaign and gives advice to Daniele De Rossi.
The current manager of Russia was interviewed by Sky Sport Italia on the situation in Serie A, where Juve are eight points clear followed by Lazio, Fiorentina, Inter, Napoli and Roma.
“Roma are the only anti-Juventus side out there,” insisted Capello despite a 12-point gap.
“The Bianconeri are doing very well, even if they haven’t got challengers up to the task. In my day in Turin, we had Milan, Inter and Roma. Now the Milanese clubs have sold many important players.”
The Giallorossi have stuttered this season and shown difficulties in the locker room between Zdenek Zeman and De Rossi.
“I gave De Rossi his debut at Roma,” continued Capello. “He is a great player, but has to adapt to Zeman’s ideas. I don’t know what his future will be. The important thing is that he’s happy.”
The former England manager also tipped his hat to Juventus on their transfer strategy.
“In signing Andrea Pirlo and Andrea Barzagli, they really got a coup there. Pirlo makes the difference and could play in any of the world’s top clubs.”

Does he mean, Roma are the most likely force in Serie A at stopping Juve?

Roma can be a force in the league if the referees actually stop hating them for some reason

one of the many reasons is Roma never do something about being rubbed by referees , im not saying its some sort of bribing but if i was a referee and i was paid to judge in favor of something i would chose a club who takes all BS and don't do anything about them

This times 10. If Seria A wasn't crooked, and Roma were actually able to get the right calls on obvious onside and offside plays, then they would already be in the top 3 of Serie A.
When I think of the anti-Juve, I think he means entertaining to watch compared to Juve's style. I love football and find pretty much all of it entertaining, even Stoke because they are associated with my home club.
However, not surprising everyone loves that Zeman football porn.

Roma are already the worlds most entertaining side this season. See them coming back to CL in the next 2 years.

Relax, no where did I say Juve wasn't entertaining to watch. I mean good lord, I even said I enjoy watching Stoke matches.
If anyone can find a team more entertaining to watch than Roma, let me know, and I'll provide the popcorn.
