Nishank leave it, these guys love to hate on Suarez. Lets just hope we can get better players around him so he can show his true greatness.

No chance, Iniesta is a great dribbler, One/Most probably the best player in his position, But no chance he can go past 4-5 players from the corner flag to the keeper.
/quote]
Iniesta not only can but has done. One of his favorite things is embarrassing people seemingly with no space hugging the touchline behind the goal.
The thing about Iniesta, the thing that makes him such an amazing player, is that he understands what he needs to do. He isn't going to run into 5 players just for the sake of it ; he understands who he has around him and is willing to make the right pass after sufficiently collapsing the defense.
It's a beautiful thing really.

Carrying a mediocre team on his back atm. Without his goals, LFC would be at the bottom end of the table right now.

Difference is, we have goal scorers all round. Someone always steps up for us. With the form Hernandez is in, we would still be up there in the table.
Suarez is your only goal threat. He creates and scores all the goals for your lot.

As Sam said Iniesta has and can do that and has done it multiple times often humiliating defenders for fun , my team included..

Exactly and everyone knows if something happened to RVP then Rooney would go up top and do what he did the last 2 seasons.
Ok Man Utd's midfield would be weaker but goals wise i doubt they would suffer much.
Opta realised a graphic after the game today that without Suarez goals and assists ( and Liverpool don't have a Rooney to take his role to make up for it) they would be bottom with 2 points.
As for Suarez as a dribbler he's fantastic but Ben Arfa is the one leading the dribbling stakes in all the leagues with 4.6 dribbles per game.

Re: how highly do you rate Suarez?
One of the best offensive players in the EPL easy, if not one of the best players full stop. I've always liked him and wanted to bring him to Barca from Ajax (before Pedro entered the picture).
I'd still take him at Barca, and wouldn't mind sending Alexis the other way. That won't happen though, which is too bad

Opinion with a reason
Something which goal legacy is lacking nowdays.
Suarez on the right, Iniesta on the left = #jizz.
But not happening that soon, Liverpool will hold on to him

Not denying Ben Arfa is a great dribbler, but it is much easier to dribble on the wing then through the middle. You have more space to roam into (meaning more momentum) and actually have more time on the ball.

Re: how highly do you rate Suarez?
Suarez is probably the best attacking player / overall player in the premiership this year at least.
World class, and one of the very best Liverpool are lucky to have him

I know i wasn't saying he's better or being serious i was saying he has completed more dribbles than any other player in europe.
On that subject i wish we would play him closer to goal i'm quite frankly sick and tired seeing our best attacking player being used as a f*cking wing back.

Re: how highly do you rate Suarez?
A supreme player and showed supreme skill and technique for the goal.
Reminded me of Ronnie.Doubt we will see a better goal this season.
For my money he is the best player in the PL and a top 10 player in the world.carrying Liverpool's attack for the second season now.
He is not in Messi's league.Nobody is.But other than Messi,I cant see another attacker better than him. There are others who are roughly on par.But better,I dont think so.

In general? Or just for you guys?
I saw the game yesterday and Liverpool was attacking and Suarez was defninlty the key man for you guys. Like the commentators said he needs someone else to support him as well.
Oh and after that one game I though Jose Enrique was some garbage.

Re: how highly do you rate Suarez?
I wanted him at Bayern as the Bomb ST when Bayern was linked to Dzeko.
I think that says what I think of him. To thing Ajax had a Hunter-Suarez Combo. The stuff of dreams, a classical Brilliant Finisher with a Complete Forward able to play behind & create.

^ Several Dutch papers have reported yesterday that we have agreed a 6m euro deal with Schalke for transfer of Huntelaar in January.
won't get my hopes up, but it'll be amazing if true.

Last year of contract means f*ck all these days.... N'Zogbia went for 10m in the last year for crying out loud
You very well might get him but 6m, if Schalke do that they want locking up.

Re: how highly do you rate Suarez?
Taking my United specs off. The guy is such a talent, he's dribbling skills and the way he can beat several defenders is mesmerizing. One of the best players in prem, no doubt about it. He's only weakness is converting the many chances he presents himself with, but he seems to be getting better at that having scored 10 this season.
Why does he have to be such a detestable person. If he wasn't such a c***, he would be lauded by every none LFC fan.

Not really he still takes bucket loads to score 1 he gets goals because if you have 10 chances by all rights you should score at least one AKA Ronaldo school of finishing.
Just for comparison purposes he has 7 league goals same as Ba and one less than RVP but has taken 63 attempts compared to Ba's 37 and RVP's 30
