Modric says Christian bale is suffering?

Now Modric has had his say on Bale’s future, and says he ‘hopes’ the winger will one day join him in Spain.

Bale is a good (if overrated) LM, but a terrible LB, unless he has somehow improved defensively since the last time he played there.

Wow. As a supporter of the old institutions in football, Bale is nowhere near Madrid quality. The space he is constantly having to kick and run would be restricted in La liga as Ronaldo found out, Unfrotunately, I do not think Bale has the talent to adapt. He should stay in the premiership where his kind of player defines that league.

I should get mad at him tapping up Bale like most people on GL when a player from another club "taps up" their own player. Especially when that person is a former player for that club.
