Ref/Linesman asks Messi for a photo!!
Here is one for all you conspiracy theorists out there. Enjoy lol.
I personally didn't see any favours towards Messi/Argentina tonight however I'm obviously biased.
Is there an issue here? Should officials be prohibited from doing this? (I also think it was during half time, but not 100 % sure)
The first person to mention the word Uefalona in this thread is a #@$! **%&! *&£%!!!!! and yes I know its Fifa in charge of these matches not Uefa but you know what I mean.

It was during half time. Don't agree with the favourtism at all. There were three handballs in Argentinas box but none were called because they were all unintentional. No favourtism. Don't know how this is UEFAlona considering that Barca weren't playing

At least one of those three handballs would've been called in a league game

You certainly can not blame the ref, who wouldn't want a picture with such a humble goat, Messi must really consider growing some goatee just to complete everything.

Re: Ref/Linesman asks Messi for a photo!!
It's clearly wrong for a linesman to ask for pictures with Messi although it doesn't mean they can't do there job.
Hell PLAYERS from a German Team in the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE were fighting over his jersey at halftime. It doesn't mean they didn't go out and do there job but it does look bad.
The main Ref from the game last night has a nickname in South America of the General or something like that because he is so strict. And he was not favoring either team last night but he did sure call a ton of fouls and even gave Argentina cards for diving.
So if you watched the game you would know it was actually officiated very well.

Re: Ref/Linesman asks Messi for a photo!!
Football officials are meant to be impartial but an assistant referee from Paraguay couldn't resist showing off what a big Lionel Messi fan he was on Tuesday night. Nicolas Yegros was working the line for Argentina's World Cup qualifier against Chile and at half-time he approached the Barcelona star and asked him to pose for a photograph with him. A rather bemused Messi granted Yegros his request as the Paraguayan smiled giddily beside his football idol. But why would Yegros risk the wrath of FIFA with such a brazenly unprofessional act? Well according to the South American media it was his last official match in charge and therefore he 'did not care about any fines or punishment from FIFA.

Refgentina ffs
Ref was bad
Two pens should have been called for Chile, and a red for the tackle on Higuain
