arbeloa will most likely be shunted to LB and it will look like:

ramos--varane--pepe--arbeloa

most likely, or the CB pair will be the usual ramos-pepe and essien will play RB.

at least until coentrao gets back.

honestly losing marcelo will be a huge hit. not so much defensively, but offensively we will lose a lot of that chemistry he has linking defense and attack (especially with ronaldo)

Ankle is very fragile, you can do very little to heal it

i'm talking from experience, as i speak, i have a 2nd degree ankle sprain, eventhough marcel's case is more severe since it's a fracture, i am just saying, whilst u can workout to strengthen other muscles and or joints, u can do very little but simply ice your ankle ..... it sucks tbh...

its his right foot,so it probably wont affect him THAT much

He'll maybe lose some speed, but he is young, has time to work. Anyway, best LB in the world bar none.

ankle is crucial to dribbling / cutting in , things marcelo is good at, i hope this doesn't ruin him

ronaldo's ankle injuries led his free kick taking skills and even dribbling So much, so that's why im saying ankle can change a player forever.

He used to be better FK taker in Manu before changing his style..

Nacho SHOULD play as our LB, he is the only guy in our defence who has been played there and looked comfortable

Ramos played there under Pellegrini against Barca iirc and Arbs has filled in there in the same season if i am not mistaken, or it was the other way round Arbs starting vs Barca and Ramos getting time there during the season

But Nacho is the most suitable player to fill in, watch Mou play Essien there or Ozil god forbid lol
