FIFA 13 PS3 Pro Clubs

I'll come on, not too good on ps3, i'll be sitting back I can't be bothered going forward much

We do have a lot of mids now, if most of us play at the same time, 4-3-1-2 seems like the formation we should go with.

I've been playing in a few different roles lately as well. Should I stick as a DLP or B2B?

If you want to play as a CDM then you have to make your player tall and good at heading. And you always get pressed by 3 or more players. I made my player Pirlo lookalike at CDM same height and weight etc. And it was more of a pain in the a*se, since you won't be able to dictate play and get as many passes as you would like tbf.

@Casciavit yeah I know mate, but I think I can handle it and dictate aslong as I have some sort of cover. I'm a forward or a creator preferably but I don't mind defensive duties a few games. Anyone playing? I'm bored as out.

Well, As a DLP especially if you have a 4 man defense behind you. You cant really venture forward as much as you like to. The RCM and LCM would always be ahead of you.

There is a way you could play as a DLP, but we'd need to make a new club and practice it in the lower divisions. On Xbox I often go as the DLP but we'd need to practice passing to the DLP, making runs to give him space and doing his dirty work + making runs for him to pick out.


I am up for it eventually, but if you just go as a pure DLP now it will frustrate you because we've never tried anything like that

Yeah you can go as a DLP, but we're not really playing WITH a DLP if you get me.

You don't get the ball any more than normal, we don't dictate play because we always look for a forward pass. If we done it properly we'd have better percentage and more passing to you instead of hopeful forward balls. I'd like to try practicing for it one time.

Ah, okay I get you Tom. We should practice it one time and I'm in favor of making a new club btw. We can practice the style of play we want in the lower divisions for example. And work our way up from there.

It's possible to try out new styles in div 4/div 3 as well. Div 2 is when it starts getting more competitive.
