he provide so much in attack, and he initiates counter attacks so effectively

he makes everyone him play better

I still feel a bit more comfortable with Khideara, plus Essien is getting beat by pace a lot recently, but I guess all that can be improved upon by some match fitness.

Essien has played barely a bit more than 90 minutes since joining us, thats one games worth of time, he should improve as time goes by.

And lets not take khedira lightly either.

We have two great options imo.

i prefer khedira but then again have only seen essien in a two games.

but the real issue is incorporating modric into the side, he is definitely not better than ozil in the attacking midfield position. This was evident in todays game

he will either have to take either khedira's place or alonso's or just be a player on rotation, who fill positions where needed.

however i would really like modric and ozil to play together.
