As for Conner Planker, he absolutely pillaged Spurs last year on the flanks yet in his central role it will be interesting to see how he fares versus Sherwood's side.


@In Wales it is not a normal day if it does not rain.

I will be supporting Napoli due to Rafael Benitez and Fiorentina due to my liking of them. Though I will be supporting Trap on a Spor versus Juventus and whoever the hell Lazio are playing against.



@Lex: I know you are hurting, but for therapeutic reasons I advise it best to succumb to the homely glory of this tourney and understand that THIS is the Red Pill in comprehending where Football must lay.

I love this competitition for the fact that at least Scandinavian and Eastern European teams stand a chance here, and I much rather see them play than the CL which is filled with cheating, capitalist, and fake glory and teams.

Well, Basel already met Tel-Aviv this season in the 3rd round of the CL qualification where they beat them 4:3 on aggregate. Unfortunately they lost Momo Salah since then, so we have to wait and see how they will cope with that. I expect a close match, possibly a draw in Israel.

If Juventus takes this competition seriously, they will walk this. Easily the best team in EL.
