How highly do you do you rate Seb Giovinco?
How much did he improve at Parma?
Is he really Del Piero's heir/ the Italian Messi or whatever nicknames the Italian contingent on here gave him during his first spell at Juve OR just a very good Serie A player?
Why has he sucked for Italy?
How much should Chelsea fans/players worry about him in the CL?

Re: How highly do you do you rate Seb Giovinco?
He improved a lots with Parma last season. I watched pretty much every game and his improvement shown significantly through out the whole season, especially under Donadoni. Toughen up, no more light weight pushed over like before. His composure & decision making under pressure was excellent. Willing to take risk attempting Hollywood move given a chance. Although it did help that Parma attack sucked donkey dong so for quite long spell, the whole team depend on Giovinco magical moments which he's capable of.
No to ADP's heir, or Italian Messi. He long passed that stage, 25 years old this year. He got the hype but at the end of the day, he's simply a good player. Devi has said before it's no coincidence, four Juve coaches refused to give him a chance during his 1st spell. He matured a lots and will play a role in this Juve team but I don't think he's at WC level who can levitate Juve to European elite ( top 3).
Because Italy tactic is very different from Parma. This is why I'm worried he might flop for Juve. Parma played counter attack exclusively, the whole front line was there to support Gio -a focal point, Floccari who was a target man often played behind Gio. At Parma, he was clearly one level above the rest of the team, the true and probably only star. At Juve, he was once a failure and has a lots to prove.
Like I said, he can be unpredictable. Capable of jaw dropping moment, at the same time could disappear for the whole game. Personally I would say Juve as a unit is capable of defeat anyone with or without Gio. Lock down Pirlo, Vucinic 1st if anything.

Twoism summed it up.
First of all it won't be Juventus' strikers that will most likely do damage, it is the midfield and the wingbacks. However, the striker to single out would be be Vucinic, not Giovinco.
At Parma he improved every aspect of his game, he now considers himself a goal scorer while at Juventus he was limited in that sense and pushed out wide more than a few times.
He did put something up like 15 goals/15 assists last season. Two so far this season but he has not looked his sharpest just yet while in a Juventus shirt. For Italy, he has been even worse but it's difficult to prove yourself in these short spells of game time.
Also, his nickname is la formica atomica (the atomic ant)
