Who do you think will win CL?

My favorites are Bayern.They actually got stronger.Their defense now has Dante and Martinez,Schweinsteiger is likely to regain form and on top of all that Gomez might get benched.Also,they have something that lacks in many teams:experience.

I don't see any English team winning it,but I have a feeling Arsenal are going to pull out a good campaign

Barca has defensive issues and are going to head out once they meet a team with good forwards and a midfield/defense that can stop Messi. *cough* madrid

I really want to see what Juve can pull off,I will judge after their group stage performances. Milan? Wont make it past group stages lol maybe qualify as second at best

Dortmund probably wont make it past group stages

I think that PSG will head out as soon as they meet a top team unless Thiago silva carries their defense and Ibra their attack....that reminds me of something

Madrids group will be a tough one for sure. Arsenal will edge out as their attack or finishing is poor. PSG will fall out in quarters... Chelsea have spice... I reckon Barca, Madrid, Bayern, Chelsea will be in the last 4 and Barca and Bayern will be in final. Our defense is a worry but Wembley always gives us hope!

I think Madrid, i'm gonna kneejerk and say Barca to keep spiraling downward. Their defense is simply dreadful and unless some of their players start playing Messi is going to struggle to carry them again.

Bayern could but I don't see the desire. Alot of their players just seemed scared in the final. They dominated us but couldn't kill it off, players like Gomez + Bastian looked like nervous wrecks(especially around Robbens/penalty time).

I completely agree with the OP in this situation. Kanadar, Madrid are not logical by any means. If Bayern faced Madrid now, it could be a tennis score line. Bayern have dynamism and have solved their depth crisis. Mourinho, as noted by a lot of people here, is too much of a reactionist. Look at the game vs Barcelona in the second leg. They were a man up, dominated the first half and what does he do? Makes his team play defensive and shckled football. Bayern for me are the best bet. They have the depth now and were and don't need to depedn on the most useless footballer, Mario gomez, as their sole attacking outlet.

Barcelona will encounter the same problems they ususally do, If messi is stopped, they will fail, or barely scrape it through.

I think it would be fun if Schalke would make it at least to the semis again. Everybody just looks at Bayern and Dortmund of the BL teams, but I'd really love to see Royalblue sneak throgh somehow

With Steve Bould leading defense and Wenger doing his magic on the attack... I think we have a good chance this year.

Well,.... at this stage it will be difficult to point at the obvious winner, I would say it is between 6 clubs.

Madrid/Dortmund/City depending on the 2 that makes it past the group then they have chances of winning it, but I have a strong feeling even before the draws were made(since april) that Dortmund will kick Madrid out of CPL, so I'm going with my instinct on this one but if My instinct fails then Madrid or any other team that qualifies in this group can win it.


Barcelona, can win it as well but it depend on who they meet on their way, say for example if they meet a team like Juventus/Chelsea/Madrid/City they could be kicked out as early as quarter final. (vice Versa)

Juventus, are also contender but they failed to sign a striker so I doubt if they can but if they somehow find a way to sort that out, then they have chance.#


Man United, Arsenal and Chelsea will not get far with those holding midfielders(CM), if there are injuries and suspension to 1 or 2 of their Holding midfielders Quarter final is the best bet.


My guess are.

Barca, Madrid/City/Dortmund, Juventus and one of the English club.


Forget about PSG, they stand no chance.

Although I hate their guts I hope Juve wins the CL.

Going for Dortmund but personally feel Madrid has it this year.

Bayern has the talent to win it but like last season their mentality most likely hasn't changed.

Dont think they will win it, but they possibly could.

I honestly have no idea who will win it. There is no clear favourite IMO.

juventus wont qualify from the group stages as there is shakhtar there which personally i fancy them to qualify, so unless its chelsea the one to finish 3rd it has to be juve

dortmund wont even qualify for europa league
city and ajax will fight for 2nd, i wont be surprised if madrid finishes 2nd though and it wont matter tbh

arsenal? well if they manage to solve the scoring problem then they can reach pretty far in the competition maybe even win it who knows

Bayern imo. They've strengthened the team a lot from last season, they definitely are a favorite to go all the way.

I'd like to see a Bayern - Barca final, the 2 strongest teams in Europe facing off.

I think Madrid will flop, although that depends on the draw (if they make it out of the groups )

As for Juventus, I think we'll get 2nd place or even 1st if Chelsea choke, but how far we go after that depends entirely on the draw.

Bayern have strengthen theoretically.

Man Utd because they have a fantastic attack and I think they'll fix their defense with the season going on.

And Barca because... they're Barca. I believe they still have the best team out there and if used properly they'll win it.
