That's not true at all, for example Sahin's 2010/11 season... Gündogan has never reached that level (so far).

Sahin really was Dortmund's MVP in 2010/11, but that's because Gotze wasn't as good as he is now and there was no Reus.
Gundogan will be a top 3 DLP/CM in 2 years.

Gundogan was brilliant last season too, Verratti will become WC for sure. These guys are legit.

anyway, start looking for a DM too because Khedira doesnt work with those guys

Yet not a single soul mentioned his name last season. At all.
I'm sure he's great but like I said it's a "atm" syndrome.

Nick is right as well. We have Modric who's been playing quite well and looks to stay and cement his place in the starting 11 soon.

And I don't like Khedira so looking for a DM is important considering we may sell a couple of players this summer.

it's not about liking Khedira, it's about the fact that he doesnt fit with the likes of Modric or Verratti or whatever shortie you will think of.

I wouldn't sign Falcao once Cristiano is here. The man absorbs most of the goal scoring, Falcao would just be wasted here. If one is buying Aguero, both Higuain and Benzema would have to leave.

If we are to sign Isco, Ozil or Di Maria would face bench time. Chances are, the latter is the one. As for Alonso not renewing, we have Modric and for Modric to work, we need to play a more possession game or push him further up the field.

For either to really work, we would need to sign a proper DM as Khedira is a B2B.

What can't Khedira do to be a proper DM? I think he is smart and flexible enough to adjust and can play as a proper DM along with the Modric type of CM.

Khedira could work as a DM, however I'm sure he'd prefer to be a B2B and attack. If he did attack, it would leave Modric having to protect the defense on his own.

Verrati is one of the worst CM/DM I have seen at tackling/defending,its a risky buy.

Its a shame because his passing and composure is fantastic and definitely suited to replace alonso in that sense.

He's still only 20. And he's not that bad, I've seen him at PSG making some excellent tackles, and he can improve in that aspect + with Khedira alongside him, he will own everyone.

I'd rather sell Modric than Khedira. Anyway I'm sure we'll figure it out eventually, Alonso and Sami weren't magic when they first started playing together either.

Varrati's release clause doesn't trigger until after his 3rd year as long as he makes a certain minimum number of appearance for PSG annually... so forget about him lol.

Hey Zealous, Punta Pelota is a fun show, recommend it to everyone that understand a bit of spanish or learning.

thing is, got to be careful with the info thrown at you, i can say that from my own experience, some of the stuff said there are true and most are wrong too. all the guys there are out to get "exclusive" tho, hilarious moments, always.

when they organize a debate around a dailymail article on a player madrid want, you laugh.

However, from what i have observed of him, Pedresol is a well connected guy, that often reveals interesting tidbits. Quim Domenech is not bad either. Pipi Estrada , and Gatti truly is a nutter lol

thing is, like most medias in Spain, they serve an agenda. people dont realize this but you never get information for free. So when AS breaks exclusive that turns out to be true, it's never free. Just like Marca are the lap dogs of some madrid officials and they always, even if partially, reflect an important stance of the club. If mou is pissing off people in Madrid, some will be more willing to leak stuff they know to put him on the edge. Just like a year ago when Championing mou was the word, Marca was all "we love you mou".
