The Rise of Getafe Part II: Return of the Burgers
Discuss Getafe's ability to deceive their top-level opponents with processed meats and Madrids title chances

Is Karim Obesema suffering from the same weight problems Messi had early last year?

Re: The Rise of Getafe Part II: Return of the Burgers
its just that barca has someone to step up, madrid doesnt
screw the comparisons, we all saw what happened today, no matter the bad calls. messi even with a "bad" performance leaded barca to the win
whereas cristiano made me rage minute after minute
btw these early point drops do not mean anything, unless we actually keep playing this bad which we wont cause we will be getting modric, mark my words
what i said seems OT but there is no rise of getafe and sh1t. just a lucky win.

Re: The Rise of Getafe Part II: Return of the Burgers
Obesema is just making the fans desire him tbf. Just like The Employees Tease Messi at Burger king, make his appetite grow out of control and eventually messi unleashes that fury to take in as much as he could
Obesema is doing more or less the same here. Clever boy

Do you think your problem today was midfield or attack?
If its midfield that would be preferable, since you can buy someone and try to solve that problem quickly...If its attack though its not as simple a solution because you cant exactly go buy another forward when you're stocked with All-Stars already....
Did Sarabia play for Getafe today?

midfield was definitely the problem, as always
and no sarabia didnt play, getafe would have had to pay 2m euros for him to play, needless to say they didnt think it prudent

Re: The Rise of Getafe Part II: Return of the Burgers
Will a storm of bad burger-related photoshops be unleashed on Madrid like it was on Barca?

Re: The Rise of Getafe Part II: Return of the Burgers
Madrid having a similar start last season is irrelavent, as Barca had just as bad a start as them which allowed Madrid to recover and win the league easily in the end. This year its not the case, a 5 point gap is a very good coushin(sp?) for Barca. They can afford to drop points whilst Madrid can't. Thats the least of Madrids problems though, whats should be more worrying is that they havent won a competitive game yet.
