Kick, this post aside I always had the feeling you had a soft spot (inner fanship) for Miloan.
Are you ready to admit it?

Re: How many of you are suffering?
Eivindo, buddy, I get it. Believe me I do.
But come on, look at the other half, eh?
How? Let me try.
I like to think of us as a Phoenix, a giant, beautiful red-black phoenix, and I think the FACT that we are deep, deep in shit right now will only make us more self sufficient over the coming years and eventually, the mythical "Rise from the ashes with renowned youth" will happen.
Think of Barca, how miserable they were in late 90s until their Messiah (Rivaldo) came along and lifted them. Then think about how awful they became again after Rivaldo's decline, until Ronaldinho plotted the most comprehensive revolution in their club. We all know that they went through hell again in 06-07 and 07-08 too, and then they became a legend through Pep's visionary guidance.
Think of us as a Phoenix and you'll be relieved.
Don't get me wrong, I'm familiar with each and every deficit in my beloved club and hell yeah, they're BIG and MANY.
But there is a glimmer of hope down the road.
Milan aren't about Muntari, Mesbah and Traore, we are also about all the good boys out on loan, up-and-coming talents like Shaarawy and DeSciglio and the world-beating Pato.
Think of us as the Germany of 1946, weren't they the most humiliated, literally destroyed nation on the face of earth? And there they were, seeing Fritz Walter lift the 1954 World Cup with utmost pride. And now they laugh at every winning country's economy, engineering, well-fare etc.
We're not even close to what Germany were, so maybe that glimmer is a no small glimmer down the road.
I see us going through a lot of bitter, unbearable stuff in the next few years, but we'll bring on our aces finally and win the gamble.
Call me sentimental, or unrealistic, but when the great Milan went to Serie B, came back to Serie A and returned to second tier again, nobody in their right minds would even imagine such unbelievable success over the next two decades.
Trust me, we will rise again.
To all the skeptics, AC Miloan is better than AC Milanov or AC al-Milan.
It's a matter of time, but eventually, we'll rise.

Trust Galliani to actually loan in Rivaldo with an option to buy.

Re: How many of you are suffering?
After Thiago Silva and Ibra's sale.
Xavi: Galliani has deceived me. M99 is suffering.
When PSG is an epic fail and Silva and Ibra wants to return.
Xavi: Silva and Ibra are experiencing a kidnapping. They have AC Milan DNA.
When PSG is liquidated for breaking FFP and Silva and Ibra's contracts are terminated, and Milan get them back for free.
Xavi: Football won today.

Screw that our hopes and dreams never come to true!
I hope and dream we don't make top 3 in Serie A.
I hope and dream we sell K.P, Pato , Abate , Casssano, SES and Robinho
I hope and dream we get humiliated in CL and finish bottom/third in our group.
I hope and dream we don't buy anymore quality players.
I hope and dream Berlusconi never sell part of his shares.
I hope and dream Bonera to start every game of the forthcoming season.
I hope and dream that Milan continue to incurring debt after each financial cycle.
I hope and dream Allegri never shifts away from his 4-3-1-2.
I hope and dream Robinho's finishing not to improve at all.
I hope and dream Pato has a lots of recurring injury problems this season.
I hope and dream Thiago Silva never comes back to Milan

We didn't sign Kaka like we all wanted, we have no creative players and several mediocre DM's!
For god sake galliani! Your turning AC Milan into a very very bad DM Meeeeelan.
The 5-1 Madrid drubbing was too much..

Re: How many of you are suffering?
We have a fantastic team, except we have a coach who wont change his formation nor play offensive football, although he is tactically brilliant, he is more suited into an assistance role due to his inability to stand up to the management!

Boateng's never been used quite so deep and with good reason, neither is Nocerino a defensive midfielder and Urby is far from being a left back despite the hopes of some.
You are quite right though in stating that we have a very strong first team, one that should still qualify us for the Champions League, however the issue lies in our lack of depth, notably in midfield. Montolivo has no natural alternative in the middle of the park, putting us at the mercy of his fitness. Whilst he is not an injury prone player, such dependence is always unwise. Aside from a centre forward, we still require a creative central midfielder and a strong defensive midfielder, however we're unlikely to see these reinforcements come in.
As for our league campaign, success is often as attributable to the quality and consistency of our opposition. Our competition for a Champions League place will come from Napoli, Roma, Inter and Udinese. Udinese's defensive stability and exceptional home form protected them from dependence upon Di Natale as a goal source and I don't envision this lasting. They'll be around, however I can't imagine them besting us over 38 games. Similarly, I don't see Lazio as serious contenders, however Napoli, Roma and Inter can go either way. Roma's defence is a competely unknown quantity and Zeman is a very fine coach, however his approach to football will always leave such an untested backline highly exposed and it should give us the breathing space we need. Napoli I believe are going to be the dark horses of the league, however again their defence shall come under scrutiny.
If the window ended now, we'd still have an excellent shot at achieving our league goals. Hopefully our activity in these final few weeks can bring us closer, however they can also crucially take our opposition ahead of us. How they react is almost as important for the next season as how we do, however for the long term, only our own activity matters and that's all that should matter to our management.

3-5-2 will solve the LB situation , Emanuelson can go up and down the field all day long. he'll be lika giacharini for the Azzuri.

Re: How many of you are suffering?
Not the best comparison given that Giaccherini was out of his depth at the Euros, however my issue wouldn't be Emanuelson in such a formation, but our lack of depth at CB. Over a long season as our reserves accumulated game time, we'd be often resorting to fielding two or three dangerously slow footed central defenders and none of them are as comfortable on the ball as Silva was.

We've become even more susceptible to pace, which can only be remedied if we play deeper than we use to and adopt an even more defensive approach. Slow Cb's and weak fullbacks, i'm not looking forward to watching us play against Napoli nor Udinese.
