Düsseldorf is a dangerous ground for referees. In the relegation match Fortuna Düsseldorf vs Hertha BSC, one Hertha player hit a referee and today during the pre-season friendly Fortuna Düsseldorf vs Benfica Lisbon, one of the Portuguese players bodychecked the ref and knocked him out:
