because he will cost at least 25 mil. they refused 18 mil from man u and their president said he will not be sold

I really like him, he's very talented, he's also quite young (23 if Im not wrong?). If Dortmund let him go for £17m I don't see why Marotta is waiting. Even £25m is not a bad price for him IMO...
