What's the deal with the foreign media jumping at Ye Sheiwan and accusing her of doping? And when the 15 year old Lithuanian girl achieves something just as exceptional, there aren't any suspicions, only praise. Definitely sour grapes toward Ye. It's a bit sad when a 16 year old girl has to clear the air in an interview and say that she isn't doping.

That is just.....it's like someone beating Thorpe in 400 freestyle, It's just not supposed to be possible.

It was so tight! Phelps effed up his final slide or whatever you call it, having to make one more stroke to reach the end even when he was just inches away and Le Clos just slid past him.

To be fair, we've never been a country that has excelled at Archery, Shooting and Weightlifting. There were disappointing showings in Swimming and Diving, but still got our better events to come.
