Re: Oscar
Mourinho on Oscar's performance today:
"He did fantastically against Arsenal and again today. Hes the number 10 that plays with the ball at his feet. Hes a number 10 that looks back and to the side. He analyses the game and sees where the team needs him. He creates balances."
"For example, in the first half when they had McArthur man to man on Fabregas, I was so happy with that because Fabregas was taking McArthur from the central area and Oscar was dropping back to play. Him and Matic controlled the game completely for us."
"Oscar has had a mental and tactical evolution that has allowed him to be a fantastic player. Can he physically improve? Of course, but people forget hes still so young. There are great conditions in front of him to keep improving."

Re: Oscar
His finish today was frigging ridiculous. When I saw the goal live, I thought the keeper maybe should have saved it, given the angle, but when I saw it in the replay, what a finish.

Re: Oscar
I trashed him towards the end of last season, and during the summer where he let Brazil down(AGAIN), but he has turned it up the past month.
If he can maintain this Chelsea could win the double this season(Capital one Cup+ Premier league).

Re: Oscar
Can't believe we made him look like an elite player at one point in time.
I dint think he had that vulnerable South American syndrome in him but guess I was wrong. What a waste of a career going to China at 25. Embarrassing tbh.

I'm sure he'll be ok with being embarrassed with those dollar signs floating around his face. That's all he's seeing right now.

Won a bunch of trophies in Europe, now going over to China to be a part of the new frontier of club football. China is not the MLS, they are investing to create a true football league. There is no waste.

China could have a top league with all their money.

Barring an economic catastrophe China WILL have a top league. Probably top of the world by the end of the century. The big issue will be getting the other leagues around it(K League and the J1) on its new level in terms of money so that the AFC champions league can rival Uefa. That is where top football is possible, continental play.

Chinese people don't look like that.If you ever watched cowboy bebop the main girl(Faye?) is loosely based on one of her old roles in Tokyo investigator story.
Also Oscar has officially completed the move:
- Spoiler:
Chinese Football is on the way. Oscar has a major opportunity to become the face of football to maybe the vast majority of earth. Ronaldo is reaching retirement, and the void must be filled. A local super star from Brazil looks to take this role. If you gave us all a time machine 4 or so years ago when Mazacar was the name on everybody lips, if Oscar was set to make a bigger impact on world football than both Hazard and Mata you would have been laughed off the forum.
