Toronto FC vs Liverpool

so I can't go to the game, because I have already made camping plans for the weekend, but I am planning to go to the airport on friday morning .

There are 3 flights arriving from Boston on friday morning, I am doing my best tweeting LFC and asking others closer to the team, to see which one includes LFC squad..it'd be nice to be there when they come and I see which player I get to see and greet, etc.

Starting line-up vs. Toronto

Early thoughts are that we seem to have around 70% of the possession and we're pressing more than we used to. Pacheco has been dangerous on the left so far but nothing really of note.

pacheco's looked good, eccleston's positioning's been awful though. aquilani's been invisible in my mind (maybe i just haven't noticed). ibe's showing good signs but clearly too young, decision making has been iffy. defense has been airtight, happy with all of them. jones has played well too.

I posted some highlights of the first half in the multimedia section for anyone interested...

Pacheco, Spearing, and Aquilani were the best performers for us in the first half, I think.

Adam looks rusty (to be expected) and his set-piece delivery again left a lot to be desired. Wisdom looked very uncomfortable at RB, and bar his late overlap and cross seemed scared to cross into the attacking half.

Even for pre-season that first half was boring. We have 75% possession

Enrique - y u so one footed Jose??
Pacheco - our best player in the first half
Adam - misplaced Hollywood balls left and right lol
Spearing - RedO is right, we can't possibly go into the season with only Jay as a backup to Lucas. Spearing simply can't pass the ball as well as BR wants him to in that position.
Ibe/Sama/Wisdom - good experience for them, they're too young to be critiqued
Aquilani - his passing looks great, he will be perfect for BR system, long passes or short passes everything was on target.
Jones - had to make a great save, I think he looks more composed than he did last season when he was called upon.
Carra - I didn't see him do anything. Toronto only had one chance and I don't think he was at fault.
Eccleston - He doesn't look that promising. I wouldn't be sad if we sold him.

I understand it's only the first game but those are my feelings so far today

Second Half was much better.....Luuucas Everyone played well in the second half except maybe Joe Cole. I was surprised by Adorjan, the kid has got potential. Gulacsi and Jones >>>> Doni. Suso and Sterling are ready for first team action. Shelvey will have a breakthrough year, he's so good
