Blatter's butthurt bawling

Now that DFB president Reinhard Rauball demanded of Sepp Blatter he should step down after the bribery affair with Havelange and Teixeira went public (1), Sepp Blatter felt that he had to get back at the DFB, claiming the World Cup 2006 was bought, too (2). While this is certainly not impossible (IMO the whole of the FIFA has severe corruption issues for many years now e.g. (3)), Blatter coming out with it right now sounds like a severe case of butthurtitis

Who cares about what Blatter really says, he's an idiot IMO; its really obvious how corrupt is FIFA.

Anyway, Blatter has clung to that power more than a leech does on human flesh. He isn't gonna walk away and give away that post like it's a thanksgiving present. He will do everything just to stay as FIFA's top dog, maybe even to the extent of making Justin Bieber sing FIFA's theme for 2014 just to rally those 14 year-olds at his side.

In that case we should be able to get Blatter for acoustic environmental pollution.

When Blatter goes, another corrupt official will take his place. Corruption at FIFA has been going on for decades, and it does not look like it will end anytime soon.

You are right Art. The system definitely needs to change. But whom will they report to?
