The Milan section has basically become a catalogue of you posting a story about players leaving Milan and disregarding all arguments by Milanisti no matter how valid and legitimate said argument is.
A report comes out saying a player won't leave Milan:
Mr Nick09 wrote:Yes, because players have never claimed that they wouldnt move just to pack their bags few days later. Better yet, they dont sign new contracts, and then leave less than six months later right?
Mr Nick09 wrote:This is what Galliani said (to Eurosport i assume):http://www.eurosport.fr/football/transferts/2011-2012/thiago-silva-au-psg_sto3297426/story.shtml"Is it true that Ancelotti asked about Thiago Silva? Absolutely, yes. In fact, he didnt just ask, he was very insistent. We will do everything we can to resist, Thiago Silva doesnt have a price"
Are you kidding me? that sounds like big offer bait 101

if i was a Milan fan, i would ready myself for such outcome now.

i hope he stays... ac milan needs world class players..
but i wouldnt be sad to see him at barca.. quite the contrary, i think he would be great there.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Well the fact that Galliani travels to Paris and then to Barcelona... then starts by saying "Silva could leave", followed by "we're doing everything possible to keep our players" and finally "99.9% sure that we're keeping both Ibra and SIlva", etc.
Same sort of thing was done with Kaka. Even when Pato finally decided to stay, Galliani said there were no talks or offers by PSG over the previous when there CLEARLY were.
It's not just Galliani that lies though... Wenger does it (Cesc and Nasri last summer), Mou, etc.
To me personally, where there's a lot of smoke, there's usually a fire. Doesn't mean a deal will happen. But it does mean that there's a possibility for a deal.

But that's because his agent went to the media and told them his client had agreed to terms with Arsenal... one of the best all time trolls by an agent. That was not the media making stuff up but the player's agent. He burnt himself though. Nobody will believe him anymore.
Fact is, L'Equipe never, and i mean never, come out and make a statement about transfers in football where they quote "according to L'Equipe sources" until they have something very solid.
They have said nothing about Ibra so far... only Silva. So there must have been something a lot more tangible on Silva. For PSG and other french clubs.... they usually leak direct info to L'Equipe. They are by far the #1 footy news magazine. They need to cozy up.

Sportczy?
So not only does Allegri believe Ibra and Silva will stay at Milan, so does Ancelotti. Now i'm just waiting for Mancini and Tito to say it.

Your a psychologist now...
Is your definition of me "working so hard" all my replies to you and sportczy?
Because that's me standing up for my club and their players. You on the other hand can't seem to wrap your head around the crazy, crazy idea that Milan don't wan to sell.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Yeah, it gets pretty damn frustrating as a Milan fan when you quote Galliani saying that Silva is 99.9% not leaving and the PSG fan wants to make the 0.1% seem like 50%. Not only that, but our quotes are far more recent and conclusive than the one that this thread is based on. I don't think Milan fans are the ones who should feel patronised when we have to repeat this a million times to get the point across.Mr Nick09 wrote:what is there to stand for? you sound like someone insulted them lol

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Let me put it this way. No club is willing to offer the real amount of money Milan would be ok with , to sell Thiagoat . Galliani says 99% , because he won't accept anything less than the amount Real offered for Kaka.
In my humble opinion , not even PSG would be willing to come in the Via Turatti with this kind of money for a defender , even if this defender is Thiagoat Silva. As for the economical problems Milan has , a huge part of this is the wages. These have been ridiculously reduced now and we have some money to spend; or keep our best players.
We won't spend , so we will keep our best players.

That's true.. you can never know for sure when they say that nothing is happening.. or when a player says that he's staying for so and so long....

Arrigo Sacchi has claimed that TS would be the best defender Barca would have ever had in their history if he signed for them. What do you guys make of that statement?

It's a bit over the top lol, but who knows. He still actually has to go there, and to perform better than every defenders in barca history to make that statement come true.

Not necessarily if form has any relevance at all then Pique would be on the bench.

Re: Galliani: Silva could go
Mascherano is too limited in the air.... especially when you consider that, other than Busquets, there is no help in the air other than the 2 CBs for Barca.
They need 2 tall CBs. If Abidal were healthy, they could get away with Masch. But not without him imo.
