Giovinco rejects €20m Rubin bid
There are reports Sebastian Giovinco has rejected a €20m offer to join Russian club Rubin Kazan, as Juventus and Parma continue to debate his future.
The Atomic Ant is co-owned by the two clubs and they are yet to decide where he will play next season.
It is possible if either club buys him outright that they’ll then sell or loan him on to another overseas outfit.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio, Rubin Kazan proposed €20m to take Giovinco to Russia.
However, the player made it clear he has no intention of leaving Serie A just as his career is taking off.

I think they'll try and work out a deal instead. Parma can't hold him against his will and he want Juve, the problem is the contract we are willing to give him.

Ofc he want Juve. He is a Juventini...? He is asking for a certain amount of playing time, just like we offered Pirlo when we signed him from Milan. 10-15 games as a minimum this season. I don't think we should or could offer Giovinco the same but we definitely should work out some sort of deal with him. He is one of the best players of Serie A this season, of course he isn't as humble as when he left us - he is not a talent anymore, he's a class player just like anyone else we would offer 20-25 million for!!! (I value Giovinco at 20-25 million € atm - not that this is what we would have to pay for him!!!) The fact that he ask for a minimum of games underlines the fact that he wants Juve. And who can say no to Juve? Giovinco want Champions League so he can prove everyone wrong, that he truly is an amazing player.

We'll be paying roughly around 10m in the end and he'll be coming back home.
Either he'll start regularly on the right hand side in a 4-3-3 provided we dont buy another attacker or he would rotate with Vucinic in a 3-5-2.
