Good news. He will probably stay loaned out this season at Hoffe though. Really liked him for Austria.

He's been great for the Hoff, too. He's the future Schweinsteiger, in my eyes.

If we sign Vidal I will like for him to go to leversuken on loan, and Usami on loan to schalke so they can both experience top European football.
The Raw Diamond: David Alaba (closed)
Forget Neymar and other overrated and media hyped players. David Alaba is the real deal. There is no player in the world at the moment that matches his level of skill and talent. David Alaba is on a steep incline and it looks very scary how good he will be in the next years.

Re: #27 - David Alaba
His one of the fastest Passer in the world at the moment, I think he will be much better as a CM than Wing position.
Jupp has already said his the best Talent in Bayern the next big thing that can reach Ribery or Robben level and if you watch how Alaba plays you will know that Jupp knowns exactly what his saying
One more thing his determination to win is just beyond me for a player of his age and his so driven.
His anticipation is also good, he has all the attribute to play as a DM, CM, LM, RM, LW, RW, ATM, OR even LB
Sometimes his just to fast that other players dont under some of his move, but I guess by the time they have played together for a long time he'll be fully understood, another Talent is Usami I rate him on thesame level with Alaba.

Re: #27 - David Alaba
Alaba is cool for now. he needs to get more mature but the talent is there.Usami will succeed 100% if he'll have no stamina problems later

19 years old David Alaba Named Austria Player of the year
The promising midfielder was blown away after receiving the award as he became the youngster player ever to win it, leaving Nacer Barazite and Martin Harnik in his wake
Bayern Munich's 19-year-old sensation David Alaba has been crowned the Austrian Footballer of the Year for 2011.
The midfielder edged Nacer Barazite to the prize courtesy of a single point in a poll by news agency APA conducted among 10 coaches from the Austrian Bundesliga. The top three was rounded off by Stuttgart attacker Martin Harnik.
Alaba becomes the youngest player ever to win the award and he was over the moon after the announcement.
"This is a huge honor for me, I'm totally surprised," Alaba said according to Kicker.
The teenager recently broke into Bayern Munich's first team, appearing in 22 games for the Bavarians this season, scoring three goals. He also cemented his place in the national side, appearing in 15 matches for Marcel Koller's outfit.
"[Alaba is] a player who in training tries to improve every day. This award will spur him to make the next step in his career," said his coach at club level Jupp Heynckes.
Bayern Munich president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge also praised the youngster and predicted a bright future for him.
"I think he is a very good choice [for Austrian Footballer of The Year]. He has progressed extremely well at Bayern Munich, and we trust he will have a great future."
Bayern Munich are building a deadly team for the future, next season Reus will join.

Re: #27 - David Alaba
Alaba is highly under-rated and so is Kroos(Probably the best under 23 player at the moment)

Re: #27 - David Alaba
Arnautovic... He is like a mix of Ronaldo and Ibra along with all the ego but none of the consistency.
Plus, winning Austrian player of the year isn't a big feat considering Austria has as much talent these days as a somalian pirate ship.

Re: #27 - David Alaba
Well, in the match Austria-Germany, Alaba actually managed to nutmeg Philipp Lahm more than once. It was a pretty impressive performance, if you ask me. (It was cute that the Bayern players in the German NT were the first ones to congratulate Alaba for his great performance then).
