Inter, Liverpool, Chelsea need to spend big.

Chelsea might get in the CL next year by winning it but they can't push for the prem with that squad.

Inter and Liverpool I need not discuss.

Juventus will spend a decent chunk on a forward and depth but I can't see it being stupendously high.
