Somebody tweeted Elia with this picture and Elia retweeted it. Now is he actually that passionate about Juventus or is this publicity by his agent to make him look good? He did look driven when he was playing and really wanted to do well to be fair to him, what do you guys think?

I thnik he does want to prove himself in this shirt...he is having alot of patience trying to adjust to Italy looks like he has the drive Conte wants. He was pushing himself in that match and im happy for him. I dont think hes acting it up though hes most likely legit.

I think he is real. He always looks so eager to impress.
I think he believes in Juventus and of the clubs he has played for this is the biggest, so he probably understands that he has to work for it.

This could be Conte's mentality being installed into the players, we'll see soon enough.

when elia plays nobody passes to him...he does not know what to do with the ball...and when he tried something most of the times he failed...he still needs time
