Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
Bojan is the new trequartista, no doubt in my mind. His football brain is brilliant Urby, Robinho and KPB to fight for Right Mid, who would of thought we would be saying that during Allegri's tenure.

Well said , but i have to disagree on Constant there. Sure he had a good first half , but it's only a first half against Chievo in San Siro. And he's not been that involved in any key moment so far.
I think it's safe to say , it's soon to make conclusions .
Let's see how he will do with time. He's been doing good generaly , i won't deny it , but so far , this shouldn't guarantee him anything. I like his speed and his touch on the ball though , nice to watch.
Constant had an even better second half. From what I see he is MILES better than Antonini out there
i never said he was worse than Antonini , just let's not jump on any ship just yet. Sure , he had an even better 2nd half , no doubt about it. Can't define a player by 1-2 games though.
I do hope he continues like that , it will be a pleasant surprise.

Bojan, SES, and montolivo were the best players on the pitch today.

I find difficulties naming Motm today , so many players stood out really . Actualy , it's the first time this season the team showed it's real face , fantastic to witness.
For Motm , i was between Monty and Ses , until Ses made an assist too .
Both did brilliant .
Anyway , basicaly speaking , every single one of the players had a good game , with Pazzini dissapointing a few times.. good thing he's been looking to help his teammates more than going all by himself , i give him that.
Enjoyed it big time , even when we conceded after Urby's goal , i had a feeling we would win it anyway. I am very happy for the team , the football was so good , for once my wish got real , Krkic as TQ and Urby on the right , fantastic football , especialy in the 2nd half.
Once again , keep calm and forza 4-2-3-1

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
that was killer performance indeed guys... i wished milan scored 8 goals tonight just to take the stress out lol... because really they could have. el sharawwy shot just shaved off the post, bojan almost had 2, el sharawwy pin point cross pass to boateng would have been goal too, then i think pazzini also could have had couple. this was first time i have seen a killer game in a long time.
i dont know whom to say the best, el sharawwy, constant, bojan, montolivo, zapata... well those 5 guys had 5 star performance.
bojan was just inssane tonight.... passing, ... boy he can find space... he is better off as AM... he has done that all in his barca youth life, looking for space, running at space, defense splitting passes, they have learnt all those stuff out there... so i saw that in bojan he was just killer everytime.
el sharawwy what i can i say, even that goal we conceded wasnt his fault. because el sharawwy isnt a CB and he was nice to come back to give helping hand. boy, i really love his work ethics... always tracks backs, always helps constant, always helping from midfield. he is setting perfect example of what wingers should be like!!
and his hardwork paid off with nice goal!
constant was like a warhorse on steroids... lol... he ran and ran ... past defenders, he could have had 2-3 assist tonight... lol, and defending was equally impressive, but el sharawwy helped him too.
montolivo??? i am seeing him at his best atm... he is possibly playing his career best atm like pirlo... he is like our pirlo atm.
and zapata, reminded me a bit of a thiago silva tonight, calm, composed, good interception, great physical battle , winning headers. perfect tonight!
its just chievo game but milan gotta build this momentum.. they nevertheless still look very vulnerable in defense..

maybe we were a little bit vulnerable because of ambrosini and it isnt his fault because he is doing his best of his age... but i guess with bojan as AM, el sharawwy keeping his form, and either kpb pazzzini needs to fire up well, pato needs to be fit, our defense still need some sorting out..
i dont know man.. just chievo game... gotta see against malaga or other big teams like juve games how our team fares...

Let's take it from the defence . Chievo was pretty toothless after Montolivo scored . Then on the 2nd half , they were pure shite , they couldn't play an 1-2 properly. I have to say , the signs are really good. The 4-2-3-1 really frees our best players.
That Ses-Krkic-Urby must keep going and build on it. I do get the idea behind your comment , we should keep realistic , it was just Chievo. However , from what i saw , the positives were many and if we build on them , it won't be that long till we see such performances against stronger teams.
The most important element to continue winning , is have stability in the middle and always have an on form striker , be it Pato or Pazzo.
This one ,
Ses - Krkic - Urby
Monty - De Jong/Ambro
Monty - De Jong/Ambro
must be our base. They should be playing regularly and build chemistry. Bare in mind , any defence acts better with a stable midfield and with goals coming in. We can do it too , Ses-Krkic is a joy to watch btw

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
For sure from what I see the constant look of the team should be a base of this
------------------------------Abbiati
Abate--------------Zapata---------CB--------------Constant
--------------------Montolivo------De Jong
--Urby/Prince/Binho-------Bojan------------SES
----------------------------Pato/Pazzo
I actually think we have some depth in the wing positions, Flamini, Muntari, and Ambrosini can cover for De Jong and De Jong when needed. I think Nocerino can play any of the attacking three positions, or even as a holding mid. A center back must be bought in january.

I agree with all of this. I'd rather have MDS on instead of Abate though.Milantildeath wrote:For sure from what I see the constant look of the team should be a base of this

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
Many other results went our way this matchday.
Juve's unbeaten streak ended.
Most of the teams who are aiming for that 3rd spot didn't win...
Lazio got destroyed by Catania.
Pescara beat Parma.
Udinese drew with Bologna.
Napoli drew with Torino.
The only results that didn't help us were:
Fiorentina beating Cagliari.
Roma defeating Palermo.

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
we are too far away from Napoli,EL spot is more realistic..at least for now
Even for EL we have to end up better than Fiorentina,Lazio and Roma which will be very tough and we wont make it unless we have a good run of wins

The best parts of our game against chievo were SES's pass to Boateng, and Bojan's pass to SES for Pazzini's goal.

This. Really impressed with SES and Bojan as the potential future of our attack.

OFFICIAL line-up vs. Malaga (4-2-3-1): Abbiati; Abate-Bonera-Mexes-Constant; De Jong-Montolivo; Urby-Bojan-El Shaarawy; Pato.
Lets do this

I would have preferred De Sciglio at LB rather then a defensively unproven Constant at LB but aside from that this is the PERFECT line-up. Vamos Allegri.

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
thought milan played well. not quite in first half but they really geared up in second half...
there were some moments milan should have scored... but i think sometimes this is life... malaga is a tough team to beat they play incredibly well.
the way malaga has been playing is like as if they have copied barcelona's style of passsing... holding possession but milan were able to break them well in second half.. only their finishing was poor...
