Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
I don't think that we're too harsh on our CBs at all, but I agree with you about when to play Salamon. I'd like to see him as a starter next season.

How many of you genuinely believe that we'll get 'La Octava' before Madrid get their 'La decima'?

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
I think we can tbh, our future looks bright. Madrid will look to rebuild if Ronaldo leaves this summer, we maybe able to snatch our 8th CL title (Hope i dont jinx it)

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
The ball is in Madrid's court as concerns who wins the next Champions League between us. It is possible that we will be able to achieve our goal before them, however it depends on what they do next. One could argue that they have the better team than us at an inconvenient time given the relative strengths of the Germans who will likely stand in their way in any case. We're still a few years away from the goal unless our recruitment improves however.

In my opinion , the chances are not on our side. Milan has been forging a very promising project , though one which will take years to be achieved. Taking everything into account , i say we could well need close to 4 years to make it happen before Real. And because Real will spend , be it with or without Ronaldo, we will have to spend too . For instance , Balotelli was a great start. Youth project or not , there are many great players for Milan to face them all . Some of them best players have to be in our lineup and judjing from the recent past , i wouldn't count on Milan spending any big money , so even lesser chances for Milan.
On the other hand , Real already has world class players and at times , wealth that looks infinite. Not sure why Ronaldo would leave Real at this point of time , but even if that would happen , Real would enter the market in god mode. It won't guarantee them anything of course , but they should be in a better state to win it than Milan still .
So in conclusion , unless we spend some money on important players , be it one each year , we won't be winning it before Real.

It is really up in the air. Real is filled with world class players but they still can't manage to win it. The Milan project is looking very bright but I don't see it happening anytime soon, we need at least 2-3 years before we can become serious contenders. Between the two it is actually hard to predict who will win it first. Hopefully Milan

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
Zapata's aunt has been kidnapped.
Hopefully the situation is resolved quickly. I remember Mikel's family were kidnapped last year, as well as the father of a Lecce player, but I believe both were resolved successfully.

Cristante is also training with the first team now. He'll most likely be in the squad for the Torino match on Sunday (Montolivo is out).

Re: Forum Milan Channel: LIVE!
I will be absolutely infuriated if we see a line-up of Flamini---Muntari---Nocerino. This is what Cristante is being groomed for, let's give him a chance. With all due respect to Torino and Pescara, despite the pressure on the team to get results, this presents a perfect opportunity for a youngster to find space within the side.
It's a pity that Bojan is injured, otherwise I'd recommend a switch to the 4-2-3-1 with Bojan running the show through the middle, however in his absence we need someone with the ability to play from the deep. I'm hardly expecting Cristante to run the show in midfield and he might present a timid figure at first, however if we're not going to play our youngsters when there is no one else available in their position then we may as well not have a youth team. Funnel everyone to Genoa and be done with it.

Definitely agree there Il Dosto, I would love to see him start in Monty's stead. It'd be the perfect chance for him to get a feel imo

Perfect result for us in Florence. Thank you, Roma. It should give the players an extra desire to secure three points tomorrow. If we do, we're not home and dry but we'll have taken a huge step towards securing third place.

Boateng will not be available to play next match against Pescara as he's received a yellow card & got suspended.
