Actually he is one of the worst. If not for his money, he would ve been out in a year.
1) Sacks good managers after wins, doesnt let them settle, ruins team potential? Check.
2) Wastes money, makes huge debts, than pays for them, because club itself cant? Check.
3) Bad, overpriced, unneeded transfers? Check.
He is poor mans Moratti. At least the latter knows a bit about football, still fails considerably though
I agree with this - he might be better than those ignorant Americans and mentally challenged Qatari oil sheiks who own clubs, but most clubs have better owners than der Roman, who indeed is a crook and made his billions in post-soviet anarchy Russia through maffia connections and exploiting and killing people.
Not that mister Bunga Bunga is any less of a felon, tbf.

Moratti is a great owner, legit money, with his club through hard and good times, no scandals, he is a great owner.

I agree! I called Abramovich a crook, not Moratti. Not much wrong with Moratti indeed.

I know, I think we should all give credit to moratti and highlight his character as owner though. Bunga Bunga might have more trophies but he doesnt have that feel good factor going for him like Moratti.

There are plenty of reports on the issue. Type in Uzbekistan and Barcelona on google.

1) He demands success. And he has brought more than enough titles and cups to justify himself. I don't know why most people don't get this. CA was sacked because he didn't match the clubs ambition. By January most of the fans were against his way of football which kept the doors closed for the young lads. The club had a vision of bringing up youth from the academy. They said at the start of the season that 5 young lads would be promoted to the bench, but in the end CA had to loan out 4 of them, McEachran was not loaned because he is not big enough to go on loan. Why do you think we went to a very young manager who used the youth players effectively?
2) Wastes money... ok apart from Shevchenko, where else? Has he wasted the money to invest in a youth system that is starting to prosper now? He is the owner of the club, so he has the right to pay and care for the club. LOL, what do you want him to do? Take a loan from a bank?
3) Overpriced I would agree, but bad? Again apart from Sheva... ?

Once Roman understands that winning titles in real life isn't as easy as FIFA 11, they will win it.

Do I need to highlight what No.2 was? Wasted money.
Did I not say Robben was sold for twice what we bought him for? Where is the wasted money?
Pretty sure a profit on an Injured player is not on any books wasted money.

Abramovich is a gangster and a thief. It would be disgusting to have him as an owner. Berlusconi is less of a criminal ffs.

Both are criminals. Abramovich only looks evil cause he's Slavic. In onther words he's a little more cold hearted than Berlusconi, who's more of a partyboy.
They're both greedy, though.
