How do we even know that he said that? sounds like Silly reporting. It's not the president's job to tell a player if he is starting anyway.

Maybe Flo lost his cool a bit, but IMO he did the right thing. Nobody really benefits from this leak, that's why this story has written Neymar's father all around it and reek's anger toward Real. That's why it's likely that Neymar's father is now releasing some of his anger which leads to exaggerated things. I mean, why would Perez be so worried about Neymar's playing time? Perez is not stupid. He is a shrewd business man, who is known as generous and good negotiator, his resume alone proves it. You don't manage to buy guys like Kaka, Zidane, Ronaldo, CR, Figo, Beckham, etc. by being a douche. Him bringing up first something "stupid", like Neymar isn't guaranteed starter, without someone asking doesn't seem logical.

It would be much more likely that Neymar and his father has asked about Neymar's role in Real and demanded him to be treated like a star and starter. Perez has probably told that he can't guarantee him a starting position which has probably caused anger in Neymar's dad. He probably believes his son is as big super star as Messi or Ronaldo and demands him to be treated equally.

Of course we can't really know what is the truth but my theory sounds more likely than the original story.

sure, your theory sounds more likely if you're a RM fan hehe . i dont know really. i do know that money is what got him all these big players that you listed to RM lol, it isn't too hard to get anyone when u offer the club and the player so much money tbh . i would say he's a a super awesome business man if he got all these players for a very cheap price. real good business is a team like santos, which by far isn't rich, to keep neymar and manage to pay him a European salary through external sponsorship and so on, that's smart. but hey, im not trying to imply that i think Perez sucks or anything , im just making a point, im sure he got where he is now by being good at what he does. but breaking transfer records for c. ronaldo and paying what 60m for kaka? doesn't really man he's a great business man, it means that he's got a lot of money. anyway, i was just telling u what i think he meant.

you are oversimplifying the world of football, economics, administration, etc. it's not because berlusconi is mega rich and he owns milan, that he will give all his money to milan and make them as rich or richer than RM and barcelona.
