El Phenomeno vs Zidane

Pretty hard.
My opinion is that ronaldo is better as pre-injury he was a top 3 player ever imo.Zidane is fantastic and some of the tricks he did were unbelivable but he was inconsistent and people hyped him too much.

Actually I say the opposite. Zidane was a magician and compared to R9 was pretty consistent

Zidane for me.

People are overstating whatever perceived inconsistency Zidane had....he had different roles game to game, different positions.

If you mean inconsistent as in steps it up a noch when it matters.....then sure.....

Ronaldo pre-injury was unplayable, I mean in 95-99 he didn't have ONE bad game, except the 98 WC final(he could die that night).

if you watched them play you know that zidane always was in shadow of r9. but near the end of his career zidane got too much hype thx to his goal in CL final and r9's very bad form. but during their mid career r9 considered better player than zidane
