Mourinho's answer to Guardiola
"[Guardiola's] tone seemed normal. What I can say is that I'm full of imperfections as everyone knows," said Mourinho after the match.
"I choose not to hide my faults and my errors. As imperfect as I am, if I see something I don't like, I say it. Others use a third party."
Mourinho then congratulated match referee Eduardo Iturralde, who was replaced at half-time due to injury but continued as the fourth official, for his level of officiating at the Benito Villamarin, opining that his smooth operation contributed to an engrossing encounter.
The question is saying things that you dont like is good or bad?

Re: Mourinho's answer to Guardiola
Lol, that was a fantastic response by Mourinho. He is basically saying that he says what he thinks and that Pep uses his players for that; to me this isn't too far from the truth.

The answer is responded in large part to the kind of person you are, what trait do you value the most, honesty or humility?
Of course i believe the best approach is a balanced one.

Anyway, OT of course you must know the best situations to use both and a balance is important. But as the one defining feature of someone's character, I would prefer Honesty.

Re: Mourinho's answer to Guardiola
The best aproach is the one that benefits you the most. Pep and Barca have a humble facade going on, so now they must pull it through the end. Mourinho has a mentality "my club vs the world" to motivate his squad and to make them feel less pressure.
Both of them chose the aproach that they thought would benefit them the most, and now they have to follow that aproach to the end, otherwise their credibility will be ruined, and that's no good. They have to atleast be coherent. Even though they have already had some incoherent behaviors..

Re: Mourinho's answer to Guardiola
This gets better...although I prefer Pep to not focus on Mourinho cr4p too much....too tedious...
And the other thread about Betis locked. I only asked what happened, no accusation of any kind intended...but I agree it should be locked, ppl were overreacting again
