Too many fouls, picks up a yellow early on forcing everyone around him to be more cautious, over aggressive, can't pass. I cringe whenever he gets the ball on the edge of the box.

DM's like him are a dime a dozen.

Lass is tactically useless and is the worst player on the team bar none for transition from defence, he simply just does not understand it.

Terrible for giving away fk's in the final third and constantly makes mistakes

Khedira > Lass end of

Lass is a useful player... but only as a squad player.
At a different club, he really could flourish...
But, at madrid, he falls way off Khedira's standards...

The only it would work with Lass is if you play a 433 and deploy Lass as pure defensive midfielder and nothing more.

In a double pivot he is shite because he is poor at moving the ball forward and he can not protect Alonso. On top of that he doesn't even know what the word tactical means.
