Platini was a superb player...fantastic really

But he just didn't have that magic that Maradona had...Excellent technical player but there are some things you just can't teach, and Maradona was born with a bit of inspiration that Platini just didn't get

If I was building a team from scratch I might pick Platini because he was much more stable, no drug or anger problems etc

If I had to win one single game and my life was dependent on it, Maradona unquestionably.
