Tbh I think it's been a pretty weak year for albums.
I liked Acid Rap, Trap Lord, the Mac Miller joint, OLD, MNIMN. I feel like I'm missing a couple..
A lotta good mixtapes this year though, I might even say that Cam has Mixtape of the Year.

TDE was obviously dope as was Jon Conner and Budden. But overall kinda weak compared to the last few cyphers imo.
Jay Rock though
I think he got Kdot on their cypher though. 
Can't decide whos was better.

Rap God on the other hand is the best track I've heard from Em in a couple years probably. What don't you like about it? Lyrically it was on point, the double time flows esp around 3-4mins

Eminem in 2013 
His flow on his latest track is amazing BUT he pretty much says nothing, his punch lines are still incredibly dry (rap-bot ffs) and the beat is awful.
It's pretty much a one and done record with no replay value. After his last three albums, Bezerk & Survival he's clearly more miss than hit these days.

I can agree with that. Flow was ridiculous esp when he goes double time, but I just think he's ran out of stuff to say. The beat seems to be hit or miss, plenty of people think it's good, others hate it.Gil wrote:

Yeah I don't love it but I can tolerate it.
While it's not his greatest song or anything, you have to realize Eminem is not going back to '99 Em. But if he can spit at that level on his next album with some darker harder hitting beats, I'll take that.
