Food and Liquor II

If it weren't for Fifa, I wouldn't have heard anything else beside Lupe for the past 2-3 days. I don't think there's a track that I enjoy on the album. I think "Cold War" was my favorite track and like dmize mentioned in a conversation with me, the production was great. I don't think I've enjoyed an album like this in a long while. I would do a more in-depth analysis of the album, but I feel like dmize was spot on with his.

Can't wait for Good Kidd, Maad City to drop... For his age, K-Dot is juz absolutely phenomenal!

And considering what I've read on the previous page, I can't believe I haven't listened to Lupe Fiasco's new album yet. Only heard Lamborghini Angels thus far and I'd give it a 4/5.

That Good Kid, M.A.A.D City just leaked. Downloading now.

EDIT: 8 tracks in and it's very good. I gotta admit the first few tracks I was kinda underwhelmed(maybe my expectations were extremely high), but from Backseat Freestyle to M.A.A.D City, it's been nothing but heat.

It's juz amazing! I mean the storytelling... And Sing About Me is juz totally dope... Bars on that motherfecker till the end.

Money Trees, that be my fav shit on the album. Dope beat. K-Dot goes hard, Jay Rock not that bad either.

Maybe the only tiny eenzie weenzie fault in it comes from Poetic Justice. If Drake was on the hook the whole album would've been perfect for me.

But still hands down one my favourite albums ever... Yes :bow:

That's my go to song too. I think Jay Rock had the best verse, in fact it's one of the best verses on the whole album.
