Clichy was always a good player but at Arsenal, his defense deficiencies was more apparent due to Arsenal's own defense deficiencies. City just has a better midfield and defense to support Clichy's runs.

But in the spirit of things, yes, he looks like a top class now under Mancini...

1. For the CL, in our biggest games, Kolarov was played. (Mancini won't be making that mistake again)

Johnson is what i like to call a MOTD player looks good in patches which is why he seems to stand out on MOTD lol.

But he's not consistent enough for a top 4 sides..... he will look good for like 1/10th of a game at best.

Theres a reason he had 31 appearances in 38 games last season starting 24 of them while being injured for a month and this season being a bit part player at best.

He simply is'nt good enough, flashy but not really effective.
