Seedorf was an exchange with Coco?
Hi Milan fans, I was jsut reading bit of history, and found that Seedorf actually came from Inter exchange with the player Coco, who never made much at all with them. IS that true? IF so, what an absolute steal for u guys and bad business for Inter
Also im wondering, was Seedorf as good as he is today in terms of skills and play making when he first arrived? I always remembered him as Real days as a bit of an all rounder in CM.

Yes, we got him from Inter in exchange for Coco. Coco was a good player at Milan, but he was destroyed by injuries at Inter.
Yes, Seedorf's skills are still brilliant, however any pace he had has deserted him. His stamina isn't great either, which is understandable for a 34 yo. His final ball isn't as good as it used to be, which has led to him playing as a LM rather than a CAM under Allegri. His passing, long-range shooting and ability to hold play up is still quite good.

Re: Seedorf was an exchange with Coco?
true that!, seedorf was among top 3 deals made in the last 10 years along with kaka and nesta IMO, it's worth mentioning though that coco wasn't as bad as people make him out to be!, he was absolutely awsome in th e rosssoneri colours and one of the best italian defenders at the time but that completely changed once he moved to other side..
coco himself blames inter for ruining his career!, same thing also happened to cannavaro but he was smart enough to move away from them before it was too late..

Coco was a pretty good leftback at his best, played for Barca (was past his best at that time) but still had quality.

Coco during his time at Milan was supposed to be one of the "great" italian full backs, but he did enjoy a party or two every night

It took Kaka 4 seasons, from 2003 to 2007 at Milan to win the award (2006-07).
