i rarely see young player with big wages... so experienced gives higher wages

benzema is a 4-5 kilos earner he gets the extra 3 kilos for marketing. özil gets 2 kilos for marketing and 2 as real salary.he plays for germania. sahin plays for turkey, not known as much as benzema or özil. he gets 2 kilos without extra from marketing. gotcha?

At least Benzema has produced + is doing great in merchandising. Nobody can deny he's earned everything he's making this year.

France NT is building the entire attack around him. So his marketability will go even higher. Every kid here wants a Benzema jersey.

His game makes you dream, which is what you need to sell. Lass... not so much.

I could've sworn Benz made 5.5 and Higgy made 5 after his renewal. I remember when that came out last summer/spring we were all pissed about it.

Benzema does make 7.4 million pounds a year. In Euros... that's about right.

Milla, where did you get these figures from?? Are these more than salary? Last year when Maicon was demanding a large salary they wouldn't do it because Ronaldo and Kaka were making that. I believe it was 7M a year, definitely not 10 or 13. I haven't heard of either one getting an updated contract and I know for sure that their salaries were the same so therefore I'm wondering where your numbers come from. IT could be bonus and endorsements added on.

I didnt think out the figures, check out my source senor bill. they explain everything, the figures are pretax salary. they get less after the tax.

Milla, I have never heard of that source and I have been reading player salaries (as they sign players) for many many years. I can assure you no one at Madrid is making more than 10M in salary. I'm having trouble with my rusty memory but I think it wasn't 5M for Ozil and Khedira, I think it was 3 and somehow I beieve Di maria was 2. I also think Benzema was 4 or 5. Alonso was somewhere around 5. So if I recall correctly the order is something like CR7 and Kaka (I know it a shame they both get the same), then Casillas, Ramos, Pepe, Alonso, Benzema. I would say rest of team is under 4M, the lowest (people like Leon, Canales, Garay etc at 1M.
