I think Arsenal should loan him for one more season. He is not ready at all for arsenal.

Ramsey's still young, once he gets mentally strong I'm sure he'll be a complete player. His technique is good enough.

Then we disagree on his techinque, but panicking is something that a few more years of mental growth should resolve. Once he gets his decision making and decisiviness to a certain level, I'm expecting him to be a good player. Time will tell.
