Are we the worst team on the planet at managing youth?
Forget about our past indiscretions like pirlo, seedorf ect. I mean more recently like balotelli, santon, destro, and mariga. now it looks like obi, coutinho, castaignos, crisiteg, and poli are following in the trend of mismanaged youth. We have one of the best youth programs in Europe yet we blow it when it comes time to integrate these young starlets into the first team. Is it because of our win now mentality? Or does the inter hierarchy love trolling themselves?

Destros been a beast, scoring at will for our primavera. I think mou called him up but he never was really given a shot. We loaned him at first I think but sold him outright last year

And as I post, destro has just scored again against lazio. That's 2 goals and a penalty win for him.

We are one of the worst clubs at it...
Like tonight we are gonna see midfield with avg. age of 32 and we wont play Poli, who only played one game so far and played great, but no we will not play him anymore, coz you know cambiasso, zanetti, motta must get more playing exp.

he was sold in 50% to Genoa last year, then outright in the summer, now he's going 50% to siena in july he'd be frickin great for roma's type of game with Luis Enrique! that's his 10th goal I think since he was brought into serie A by Genoa. He's incredible! :O

You cannot keep players happy on the bench, especially young ones with something to prove and play for- ask Giovinco.
Inter has made their mistakes but when you have mentally unstable players like Balotelli and Santon, sometimes that happens. Not that Santon has really proven much yet with his move, Balotelli on the other hand.
Poli isn't technically an Inter youth, he was just bought and has been injured throughout the season pretty regularly? Give him time and he'll shine, Inter is trying for the champions league and they're going to play the players who will get them there safest. I do not believe Ranieri is the long term manager, nor the manager to incorporate players like these.
If it makes you feel better, Juventus have worked similar miracles with Giovinco, Criscito and Nocerino.

this is very annoying, we used to make fun of the old milan and juve, now we are the joke. this season should have been the chance for the youth, but it seems it wont happen

and whats funny is that when you play football manager, or any managing game, you start playing the youth players, and 2 3 years later, you find that you have a perfect team
