What would you change for next Classico?

well, whats with wanting to get every decent player anyway.. i mean hazard, neymar now reus.. we have ronaldo whos only 26 and di maria who has been the king of assists.. plus we have an able deputy in callejon.. drenthe could be a good back up winger.. he has talent..

decent lol, they are great players, decent are callejon and perhaps alittle less decent like drenthe.

there is a reason why someone would want great players, perhaps maybe they would like to win some silverware in the next decade maybe, i am not sure though.

Drenthe is a dumbass. Just putting it out there.

And Callejon is not decent. He's awesome. Especially compared to Drenthe. Callejon has done more in the very few matches he has played for Madrid than Drenthe has done over an entire season.

Make sure we don't hoof the ball back to them when we have it. Instead we should keep possession how we usually do.

Play Sahin and Ozil in the middle.

I would like to see new faces, different approaches in the next classicos.
Adan instead of iker, Varane instead of Pepe, Sahin instead of Alonso and Kaka instead of Ozil.

Whats the worst that could happen, we lose? Lol, so be it, i am okay with that. If we dont try something new, we will lose anyway.

In the Copa games I wouldn't mind seeing new blood (Sahin, Varane). People like to harp on about CR7 against Farca, but Alonso doesn't fair any better either.

In the league, Mou obviously has to park the bus. I foresee Khedira and Lass playing in the middle.

Alonso had a 77% average pass ratio.

So yeah, he doesn't actually do any better job than CR7. Only good game from him so far is the Santiago Bernabeu in Supercopa.

For subs: Lass or Altintop for RB, Carvalho for Ramos, Albiol for Varane (maybe Pepe), Marcelo for Coentrao, Khedira, Lass or Altintop for Sahin, Granero for Alonso, Kaka for Ozil, Callejon for Ronaldo, Higuain for Benzema and someone in the youth academy for Di Maria.

Stick with this formation for the next 5 clasicos and see our progress. We can't keep changing formations, as we don't get the chance to gel, develop a solid game plan and boost morale every time we play against them.

I'll let Mou get away with it this time, coz we didn't have the personnel, but when we're fit, we should always stick to this lineup, or something close to it.

Even if we fail (which we will), we'll know which area we are falling behind in, find ways to resolve the issue, and let this team try and implement the fixes over time (i.e. practice).

If we keep changing, we'll be forever clueless on how to improve. It's like trying to learn the guitar, failing, dropping it and then trying to learn the piano instead. You'll never learn how to play the guitar this way. You must practice playing the guitar until you can play it well, eventually.

In terms of tactics:

No hoofing. Just keep the ball at all costs.

Ronaldo just simply has to make runs. Ozil drops deep to link with Sahin.

When we press the defense has to press too.

ozil has been coming from much deeper i wouldnt be surprised if this helped enough to eleviate some of the defensive duties to our double pivot and thus made the sahin-xabi combo work.

what really needs to change is madrid need to be better at passing and keeping the ball under pressure the key to barca winning is their high pressure, if we can pass and keep the ball under this pressure we would win, but we cant so we hoof it.

Sahin and xabi can play in a 3 man mid like today,but they will be shet defensively if played in a 4-2-3-1,only one of them should start alongside khedira

mourinho killed any creativity today by using 3 defensive mids. ozil should have played instead of lass. consequently, higuain had 0 service and barely got to touch the ball.

Well, if they both focus on defence, then, our game will flow more without sacrificing much defence.

The thing about having Pepe in mid for instance is that if he wins back the ball, he'll lose it again, which is pointless. If Sahin wins the ball, he'll be more likely to keep possession, and maybe even make some nice long passes. Also, having Sahin takes heaps of pressure of Alonso. He'll probably have more space and time to distribute the ball, if he wins it back. Having two Alonso's will be Barca's nightmare.

I would go for a Lass-Sahin-Ozil midfield. Lass is a destroyer, and he can play as an alone DM, with Sahin and Ozil the CMs infront of him. Marcelo LB and Arbeloa RB with Ramos and Varane CB. In attack CR, Di Maria and Benzema.

Xabi is terrible against Barcelona. He's the weak link. It's like playing a tank without fire power against 4 off-road buggies running circles around it.

There is nothing to lose against Barca next week. so Mourinho should change tactics.

we should try to keep possession. we tried everything in last matches and it didn't work. lets try possession football this time.

and i think we should play without Pepe and Alonso. first one is a disgusting player who is a shame for Real Madrid and second one just can't do anything to help us in Clasico's.

I agree with the formation Mamad except Lass instead of Coentrao in midfield.

We should use this hopeless game as an opportunity to give Varande and Sahin Clasico experience.
