What's up with Santos. Can't string more than 3 passes together, the last 15 mins have been played almost entirely on their box, Ganso is non-existant and the only reason I know Neymar is playing is because of all the time he's spending on the floor.

lol yeah, Velez defending well and making Neymar invisible. Until the red card he had been fairly under. i wouldnt be shocked if Velez can still get close to Santos goal, they are really open at the back

3 man marking? there is usually one guy trailing him and as soon as he makes the same runs down the touchline, he is closed down and out of options.

yup, velez defending very well, they really figured out how to make both neymar and ganso invisible.

but the red card was fair. i said it last week and i will say it again, every time the ball does get past velez defense, they dont know how to fix it except through some ugly fouls... thats how they stopped every dangerous counter attack we had last week..

either way, this is not good enough from us. neymar has to stop his pride and stop trying to dribble past peruzzi. he has to pass the ball, and be faster at doing it. borges should come in, he is better for our passing. but is he there?? i havent been really on since last weekend

well, he needs to get used to being marked. But he isnt responding well to it, running down the wing all the time only makes it easier.

the difference is that velez actually can attack. corinthians can't really. we've beat u this year already Very Happy

borges could make a difference coming on to the pitch because he has far better technique and could help with the passing, etc. i cant believe he got injured.
