Chivas and America are two of the biggest Mexican teams EVAR and they haven't even starred in their respective league Finals since.... I wanna say 08... but I think its been since 2005...

They are pretty mediocre tbh. They're starting to lose their star power to the likes of Cruz Azul and UNAM.

my oh my, going from THE Symbol of Mexican futbol to.. cannon fodders. One day one of them will relegate, and I'm going to savor the tears of every Mexican. RIP Chivas and Agilas

2006 actually... :coffee:

Chivas is so mediocre that we made it to the Libertadores final....

LOL their "star power" Cruz Azul hasn't won a championship since 97. Pumas didn't even make la liguilla last tournament.

Chivas got schooled in the Libertadores final. You choked out of this past La Liguilla. Cruz Azul makes it to the final more than Chivas, and UNAM won a championship more recent than Chivas...

So all in all, Chivas is buttcheeks. Learn to live with the fact that your no longer relevant. heh. :coffee:

Sure we got schooled , but how did an irrelavent team make it to the finals.

Not sure, but I only remember two finals for Cruz Azul since their last championship and they lost both. We at least won one.

Pumas are a great club, but no way in hell they are more relevant than Chivas.

We still have a shot at qualifying for the next round in the Libertadores.

Face it Chivas will always be relevant.

Because they're not in La Libertadores.

BS, one team played Mourinho-esque anti-football tactics (Quilmes) and River tried to break through it. They didn't, and it ended up being 0-0, but it was very exciting nevertheless.

Boca are overrated. They have an unbeaten run because they play anti-football, it's gotten so bad even their own players complain. Maradona, as always, chipped in his own point of view: "It's not fun to play like Boca do". I seriously doubt any game against them can be qualified as interesting.
