Getting a DSLR Camera
I cant decide which one to pick as both are quality cameras and rated very highly by users.
Any suggestion from this site?

I'm a Canon lover so I'd always go for that. Anything in particular you are looking for in the camera? Do you need video capabilities, etc?

Hmmm, looking a little deeper into the tests, the Nikon seems to be the definite winner in image quality, dynamic range, focus points, noise, etc.
I still wouldn't have a Nikon. Ha

Yeah, both Canon and Nikon have decent kit lenses. I'd say think about the macro before spending the money on one.

Nice work. Good composition on the first. Not feeling the second one. I'd probably straighten it at the very least. Good start though. Are you shooting full manual?
