Also Luiz has come out and said 'Fernando Torres will score many, many goals for Chelsea this season'. I think it's very important he gets his confidence + teammates support to help him get back to his old ways(I know people have lost faith, but he is physically fine and I believe he can get back to scoring)

Also is it just me or has Luiz bulked up a bit(shoulders etc). I thought I was just imagining it against Lever, but was watching a Chelsea news clip and he looked alot bigger again there.

I don't, apart from the fact that my Ramires respect has gone from decent to nothing.

We played well, dominated completely up until the Nani strike.

Torres was pure class all match apart from that one miss, shame that is all he will be remembered for, I dearly hope Boas continues to play him, as you saw today, this guy still has ALOT to offer and will start banging them in soon enough, I just hope the miss hasn't ruined all confidence he gained from the first goal.

That was one of the best chelsea matches i have ever watched.
We attacked like never before but just couldn't finish.

This is the begining of a good era for chelsea IMO. We are playing really well and thats why am not too disappointed about the loss. Bring on the season.

If we play him and he is confident enough he will score, he shredded their backline when nothing was on at one point, I love goal.com ratings, Torres is amazing bar one miss(horrid one) = 5.5. Rooney scores a tap in and misses a penalty = 7.5

Fernando Torres is getting better and better every match. AVB is playing good football and I think next season, Chelsea will be a hard team to beat. I am really impressed with Mata and how much of an impact he has made to this Chelsea side. I am concerned with Lakaku and how much game time he will get though he is young. He should play all of the league cup games and some of the FA Cup games. David Luiz will be the key for Chelsea this season with his attacking runs and I hope Torres scores more goals. I am a big fan of him!
