I know the primary reasons that we are playing our "2nd rate" (but hardly) side against Ajax is for 1) we are already guaranteed top of the group and the other is of course classico on the weekend...

But I can't help but think that it is also because we're not really keen on doing our old CL rivals, Lyon, a favour in the midweek by putting out our best side and walloping Ajax.

For me, Ajax have acquitted themselves better in the group and on current standing deserve to go through second.

I feel nothing for Lyon, lol

Hope Jese takes it easy on Ajax, don't want to give that other rubbish side a look in at qualification.
